Our company is a small, family run business that has been renting holiday properties in Nerja since 1982. In addition to our own properties we manage the rentals for other property owners and we have been operating for many years with five of the most established and biggest property rental and maintenance companies in Nerja.

Our company is financially sound and has been debt free since 1991. In January 2002 the company expanded its operation and now has access to more than 600 rental properties from exclusive 5 bedroom private villas to modest but comfortable studio apartments.

Every property that we rent out is privately owned and is covered by a maintenance agreement with one of the five companies mentioned above. Each company has its own offices in Nerja and employs its own staff to provide advice and assistance during your holiday as well laundry, cleaning, maintenance services. Your holiday accommodation will be cleaned for when you arrive, beds made and towels provided. Fresh linen and towels are provided for each additional week of your holiday. All of the companies provide emergency advice and assistance outside normal office hours.

Approximately two weeks before your holiday commences our company (AVL) will send you a holiday information package, containing items such as a map of Nerja and the location of the property you are renting, directional photographs to assist you to locate the property, key details, contacts, and general information about Nerja.
